Our unique breading with its coarse texture, creates a light and deliciously crisp crust. Used extensively in Japanese cooking to coat seafood such as shrimp, scallops, fish and essential for Tonkatsu, deep-fried pork cutlets. Panko is also ideal as a coating for fried or baked chicken as well as a filling for hamburgers and meatloaf. Top casseroles and eggplant parmesan with our Panko for a light and crisp coating.

Use: Coating, Topping casseroles any place bread crumbs are used.
