Chinese Barbecued Pork

Ingredients

450 g pork fillet / tenderloin (cut lengthwise into 2 strips)
1 tbsphoney

Instructions

1. Marinate pork with Chinese BBQ Marinade for 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven at 180℃. Bake pork for 30 minutes, turning once.
3. Brush pork with honey and bake for another 2 minutes.
4. Remove and let cool slightly before slicing into smaller pieces. Ready to serve with rice or noodles.
