Ma Po Tofu

  • Stir Fry, Marinade 炒

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

300 g lean pork/beef (minced)
1 tbspcornstarch
1 pktbeancurd (halved and diced into 2.5 cm cubes)
3dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked and cut into small pieces)
100 g frozen mixed vegetables (thawed) Spring onion (chopped as garnish)

Sauce Mixture:

Instructions

1. Mix meat with oyster sauce and cornstarch.
2. Heat oil in wok and sauté garlic till fragrant.
3. Add marinated meat and fry meat until brown for 4 mins.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and sauce mixture, stir gently to prevent beancurd from breaking.
5. Garnish with spring onion and serve with steamed rice.
