Shoyu Ramen Soup

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

2 bundlesHakubaku Organic Ramen
3 cupChicken Soup stock
1 tspSalt, or to taste

Topping Ingredients:

Spring Onion, chopped
Nori (dried seaweed)
Barbeque Pork slices
Bamboo shoot
Spinach (shredded)

Instructions

1. Heat chicken stock then bring to a boil. Add salt to taste and soy sauce.
2. Simmer for four minutes while preparing Ramen Noodles as per packet instructions.
3. Place Ramen in four bowls. Pour stock over Ramen noodles.
4. Place toppings, such as sliced barbeque pork, bamboo shoot or nori. Season to taste.
