Spicy Szechuan Chicken with Cashew Nuts

350 gchicken breasts (diced)
2 tbspoil
2 tspgarlic
2 tspShaoxing wine
90 ggreen bell pepper (diced)
50 gfried cashew nuts

Instructions

1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, marinade the diced chicken with the marinade ingredients.
3. Heat up oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add in chicken and stir fry until cooked.
4. Drizzle Shaoxing wine and add in bell peppers. Pour sauce mix and stir well until cooked thorough.
5. Add cashew nuts and toss well. Ready to serve with steamed rice.
