Sweet and Sour Pork with Green Bell Pepper

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

500 gpork topside (cut into bite-size pieces)
170 gbrown onions (chopped)
80 ggreen bell pepper (cut into triangles)
1egg white
2 tbsppotato starch

Sauce Mixture:

Instructions

1. Marinate pork with sesame oil. Add in egg white and mix well.
2. Sprinkle potato starch on pork pieces and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Fry pork until golden brown. Transfer pork to a plate lined with kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
5. Stir-fry onion for 5 mins. Add green bell pepper. Pour in sauce mixture. Add pork and stir fry until pork is cooked through. Serve with rice.
