Thai Noodles with Pork (Pad Ma Ma)

  • Stir Fry, Marinade 炒

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

150 glean pork (sliced thin and bite-sized)
1egg
130 gbean sprouts (rinsed)
100 gChinese lettuce (chopped to chunks)
2cloves garlic (chopped)
200-250 gdried stringy noodles (boiled according to package, drained)
1 tbspoil
Chilli Powder (to taste)
1/4 lime (optional)
4prawns (seared, optional)
Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Seasonings Ingredients:

Instructions

1. In a hot wok, add oil and then the garlic, stir until fragrant.
2. Add the pork, stir-fry until white. Add the egg, stir-fry until softly scrambled. Add the vegetables and mix well. Add the seasonings and stir-fry.
3. Add the noodles and chilli powder (optional), stir-fry for about 2 mins. Serve with lime and prawns, garnish with parsley.
