Bacon and Water Chestnuts with Mustard Dip

1 can Asian Family Whole Water Chestnuts, drained
Lean bacon
3 tbsp Asian Family Chinese Mustard Paste
3 tbsp Asian Family Light Soy Sauce
4 Cabbage Leaves, shredded
¼ cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced thin
½ cup Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup Asian Family Satay Peanut Sauce
12 Asian Family Shrimp Crackers, cooked as per instructions
2 Hard boiled eggs, sliced

Cooking Instructions

Cut bacon and wrap around Asian Family Whole Water Chestnuts then secure with toothpick(s). Broil, grill, or microwave until the bacon is crisp and cooked. Meanwhile, combine Asian Family Chinese Mustard Paste and Light Soy Sauce to make dip. When all pieces of Water Chestnuts are cooked, serve as a hot appetizer with mustard dip.
