Hoisin Chicken Spring Rolls

Tips: Use thigh meat as it tends to be more moist.

Serve with the chicken spring rolls.


1 lb Ground chicken
1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Asian Family Hoisin Sauce
1 cup Grated mozzarella
1 pack Spring roll wrap
Salt and pepper to taste

Dipping sauce:
1 cup Asian Family Spicy Szechuan Sauce
1 cup Raspberry puree
2 tsp Honey
Basket of raspberries for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions

For: 10 – 12 Rolls

  • In a large mixing bowl mix chicken, cilantro, garlic, sesame seed oil, salt, pepper and mozzarella.
  • Unwrap the spring roll wrappers and peel apart one sheet at a time.
  • Work quickly to prevent the wrappers from drying out.
  • Place the chicken mixture into the wrapper and fold into a roll.
  • Brush egg white around the edges of the wrapper to seal the rolls.
  • Deep fry for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

For the sauce:

  • Mix the Asian Family Spicy Szechuan Sauce with honey and raspberry puree.
