Instant Noodle Chicken & Prawn Chow Mein

Serves 4 people

Tips: Put a little bit of oil on the wok for sizzling effect


2 packages instant wonton noodles
1 tbsp mince garlic
2 cups bean sprouts
1 julienne red pepper
1 julienne zucchini
1 julienne onion (orange size)
1 julienne carrot
1 julienne celery stalk
12 pieces baby bok choy
8 oz julienne chicken breast
12 prawns
Green onion slivers for garnish
1 tbsp chili
1 jar of Asian Family black bean sauce

Cooking Instructions

  • Rehydrate the noodles, in a bowl and with hot water.
  • Strain immediately, then set aside in a hot wok.
  • Begin to stir-fry the vegetables till almost tender.
  • Empty into a bowl
  • Heat the wok, add the chicken pieces and the prawns, add the vegetables.
  • Add the rehydrated noodles, toss with chilli and black bean sauce, and serve right away.
